About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Branch Manager to lead the IAM branch in Groblersdal. The role focuses on driving profitability, fostering a client‑focused culture, and ensuring strict regulatory compliance within the financial services sector.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage branch operations, people, processes and systems to achieve sustainable profitability.
- Recruit, retain and develop a diverse team of Financial Advisers, aligning their activities with company objectives.
- Ensure full compliance with FSCA regulations and Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) standards.
- Monitor operational budgets, financial targets and performance metrics.
Required profile
- First degree in Business Commerce, Finance & Accounting or Marketing.
- FAIS Representative licence.
- 7‑10 years progressive experience in insurance, financial services or asset management, including 3‑5 years in a management role.
- Proven track record in sales, distribution management and adviser recruitment.
