Branch Manager – Cash Management Services

About the role

IZI South Africa is seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead its Krugersdorp operations. The role focuses on overseeing cash‑in‑transit, cash processing, security, and overall branch performance while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Drive financial performance by managing budgets, forecasts and actual results.
• Maintain and optimise the use of branch assets, including vehicles and cash‑processing equipment.
• Lead, coach and evaluate branch staff, setting objectives and ensuring adherence to policies.
• Monitor customer service level agreements and address any service gaps.
• Review audit findings, implement corrective actions and ensure compliance with health, safety and security standards.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the branch’s revenue.

Required profile

• Proven experience in branch or operations management, preferably in cash handling or logistics.
• Strong understanding of security protocols and risk mitigation.
• Ability to analyse financial data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
