Branch Consultant – Retail Sales & Client Service

About the role
As a Branch Consultant you will promote Sanlam Retail Mass (SRM) products, deliver sound financial advice and provide a high level of client service within a branch environment. You will help grow market share and ensure client optimisation through cross‑selling of value‑added services.
Key responsibilities
- Promote SRM products and increase market share through financial advice and client service.
- Create opportunities for client optimisation and cross‑selling of value‑added services.
- Deliver retail branch sales targets and support client retention.
- Ensure compliance, quality and risk management in all interactions.
- Plan and report monthly sales and service activities for the branch.
- Identify and engage key internal and external stakeholders to build and maintain relationships.
Required profile
- Matric (Grade 12) qualification; RE5 advantageous.
- FAIS compliance as required by DOFA.
- At least 1 year of experience in a sales or marketing capacity, preferably within an insurance branch.
