Branch Consultant – Financial Services

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Branch Consultant to join our financial services team in Standerton. The role involves actively promoting a range of financial products, providing tailored advice to clients, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively sell financial products and meet individual sales targets.
• Provide accurate financial advice, ensuring product suitability for each client.
• Manage client enquiries, policy queries and serve as the primary point of contact for walk‑in and scheduled appointments.
• Maintain high standards of client service to build loyalty and retention.
• Ensure all activities comply with FAIS and FICA regulations and stay up‑to‑date with professional development requirements.

Required profile

• Matric (Grade 12) or NQF Level 4 qualification.
• RE5 Certification and a FSCA‑recognised qualification of at least 120 credits.
• FAIS compliance as per DOFA requirements.
• Clear credit and criminal records.
• Minimum of one year experience in marketing, sales or a client‑facing role; experience in the financial services industry is highly preferred.
