About the role
The Branch Consultant will operate from our Emalahleni office, driving the sale of financial products while delivering professional advice to both walk‑in and scheduled clients. You will be the face of the branch, ensuring client needs are met and regulatory standards are upheld.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively sell a range of financial products and consistently meet individual sales targets.
- Provide sound, compliant financial advice that matches client needs and product suitability.
- Deliver excellent client service, manage policy queries and act as a trusted advisor for all customers.
- Ensure all activities adhere to FAIS and FICA regulations and maintain continuous professional development.
Required profile
- Matric (Grade 12) or NQF Level 4 qualification.
- RE5 Certification and FSCA‑recognised qualification (minimum 120 credits).
- FAIS compliance as per DOFA requirements.
- Clear credit and criminal records.
- At least 1 year of experience in marketing, sales or a client‑facing role.
- Experience in the financial services industry is highly preferred.
