BPO Sales Trainer – Classroom Training for Call Centre Agents

About the role

Design and deliver training programmes that support the journey of new call‑centre agents, focusing on soft‑skill and product sales techniques for Foundever campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver classroom‑led soft‑skill and product sales training to newly recruited employees across multiple campaigns.
• Identify gaps in existing training material, update content and propose solutions.
• Assist Learning Manager and campaign owners in pinpointing learning gaps and recommending learning solutions.
• Create standalone training modules for new or existing team members as required.
• Provide coaching, feedback and Grad Bay support to trainees during classroom sessions.
• Maintain training records, scores and develop evaluation instruments to measure programme effectiveness.
• Ensure training reflects current process updates and compliance with security policies.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years experience as a BPO Sales Trainer delivering classroom‑based sales training.
• Previous BPO call‑centre experience.
• Clear criminal record.
• Minimum education: Grade 12 (non‑negotiable).
• Facilitator/Assessor training certification – desirable.
