Bookings & Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a commercially driven and highly organised Bookings & Account Manager to become the commercial heartbeat of our UK‑based cleaning and facilities business. You will act as the main liaison between clients and operational teams, ensuring every interaction is seamless, professional and focused on long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the dedicated point of contact for letting agents, property developers and landlords, building long‑term partnerships.
• Convert inbound enquiries into confirmed bookings using consultative sales techniques.
• Manage shared inboxes and digital booking platforms, coordinating diaries for optimal resource allocation.
• Identify upselling opportunities such as carpet cleaning, oven valeting and specialist construction treatments.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and conduct regular client health‑check calls and quarterly reviews.
• Liaise closely with operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery and high service standards.
• Support the Managing Director with reporting, forecasting and commercial insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in account management, bookings coordination or B2B sales.
• Experience in property, facilities management, construction or service‑based industries is advantageous.
• Strong relationship‑building and client communication abilities.
• Professional, personable and solutions‑oriented attitude.
• Reliable laptop, high‑speed internet and a quiet home working environment.

Required skills
