Boiler Specialist – Industrial Boiler Maintenance

About the role

Our client seeks an experienced Boiler Specialist to ensure the maintenance, servicing and operational reliability of industrial boiler plants. This senior, customer‑facing position focuses on after‑sales support, shutdown services, inspections, spare‑part management and on‑site supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and service industrial boiler plants to maximise uptime.
• Provide after‑sales support, including shutdown services and inspections.
• Manage spare and wear parts inventory and coordinate replacements.
• Supervise on‑site work performed by contractors and installation teams.
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, contractors and international product teams to deliver safe and commercially viable solutions.

Required profile

• BSc in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant National Diploma.
• Minimum 10 years post‑graduate experience in boiler plant maintenance and operations.
• Strong technical and commercial communication abilities.
• Proven ability to manage contractors, suppliers and installation teams.
• Solid understanding of project safety, quality, budgeting and scheduling requirements.
