Bilingual Travel Agent (Spanish) – Spotnana Trained

About the role

We are looking for a customer‑focused Bilingual Travel Agent to join our Cape Town contact centre. You will use the Spotnana platform to help business and leisure travelers plan, book, and manage their trips while delivering professional service in both Spanish and English.

Key responsibilities

• Assist travelers with planning, booking and managing air, hotel, car and rail reservations.
• Use Spotnana to search inventory, create new reservations, and modify existing itineraries.
• Handle cancellations, exchanges, rebookings and travel disruptions promptly.
• Review traveler profiles, preferences and company travel policies before confirming bookings.
• Provide accurate information on fares, itineraries and travel options.
• Maintain up‑to‑date reservation data within the Spotnana system.
• Resolve customer concerns efficiently and escalate complex issues when needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the travel industry.
• Fluent in Spanish and English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Hands‑on experience using the Spotnana travel platform.
• Ability to work onsite in a fast‑paced BPO/contact‑center environment.
• Willingness to complete the full application process and pre‑employment test.
