Bid Office Manager – Onsite

About the role

Belay Talent Solutions is seeking a Bid Office Manager to lead the end‑to‑end bid lifecycle for a multinational ICT company. The role will coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensure compliance with South African tender requirements, and deliver error‑free submissions on time.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full bid process – sourcing, qualification, planning, development, reviews, approvals, submission and feedback.
• Maintain bid pipelines, calendars, compliance matrices and submission records.
• Coordinate technical, sales, finance, legal and executive stakeholders across multiple concurrent bids.
• Conduct rigorous quality‑assurance and compliance checks, including SBD forms, CSD, B‑BBEE, tax status and pricing schedules.
• Oversee electronic and hard‑copy tender submissions, ensuring all deadlines and documentation requirements are met.
• Maintain content libraries, drive continuous improvement and report on bid performance and win rates.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of bid, proposal or tender management experience, preferably in ICT or technology services.
• Strong knowledge of South African tender processes and compliance requirements.
• Proven ability to manage several bids simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and quality‑focused with strong stakeholder management skills.
