About the role
Bleu Scissor Hair Salon is seeking a friendly, hardworking and reliable Basin Assistant to support our stylists and ensure a welcoming experience for clients.
Key responsibilities
- Assist stylists with shampooing and conditioning clients' hair.
- Provide relaxing scalp massages and make clients feel comfortable.
- Prepare clients for their salon services.
- Maintain a clean, tidy and sanitised basin area.
- Wash, dry and organise towels and salon capes.
- Help with general salon cleaning and daily tasks.
Required profile
- Friendly, well‑presented and professional.
- Reliable, punctual and hardworking.
- Good communication and people skills.
- Team player who follows instructions.
- Passionate about excellent client service.
- Previous salon experience is an advantage but not essential.
