Barista

About the role

We are opening Le Parc by tashas in Mouille Point and are looking for passionate Baristas to join our launch team. As a Barista you will craft high‑quality espresso‑based drinks, teas and specialty beverages while delivering warm, memorable service to every guest.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve espresso, coffee, tea, smoothies, shakes and selected alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks to brand standards.
• Monitor coffee quality, grinder calibration and espresso extraction, ensuring consistency.
• Maintain a clean, organised coffee bar, stock supplies, and manage inventory levels.
• Keep coffee machines, grinders and bar equipment in excellent working condition.
• Welcome guests, make beverage recommendations, and ensure accurate, timely order delivery.
• Support teammates across front and back of house and assist in onboarding new staff.
