About the role

As a member of the Bar & Waiting Staff you will be key to creating unforgettable moments for customers. You’ll serve drinks, recommend the perfect beverage and ensure a warm, welcoming atmosphere throughout each shift.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience every visit.
• Offer drink recommendations and act as the insider behind the bar.
• Prepare and present drinks that meet specifications and customer expectations.
• Greet guests, serve food and look after customers while they dine.
• Maintain a safe, legal and clean bar environment, addressing any issues promptly.

• Great eye for detail, ensuring every pint is poured to perfection.
• A passion for delivering excellent service and a warm welcome.
• Positive can‑do attitude and strong team player.
