Bar Staff – Serve Food & Drinks in a Pub

About the role

Join a friendly, fast‑paced pub team delivering food and drink service to customers. No prior experience is required – we provide full training and a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Take orders and serve drinks to the correct specification, both at the bar and via the customer app.
• Deliver food to tables, complete check‑backs and clear plates promptly.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and ‘clean as you go’ throughout the venue.
• Interact with customers warmly, promote promotions and events, and build rapport.
• Assist with glass‑washing, restocking fridges, floor and beer‑garden duties as needed.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic, reliable and friendly with a positive attitude.
• Calm under pressure and able to work flexible shift patterns.
• Team‑player who enjoys working in a busy hospitality environment.

• Competitive hourly rate of £12.81 (plus £1 extra per hour for midnight‑5:59 am shifts).
