Bar & Front of House Crew (Zero‑Hour)

About the role

Join the vibrant hospitality team at Generator Amsterdam as a Bar & Front of House Crew member on a zero‑hour basis. You will help create memorable experiences for guests across the bar, café and kitchen areas, supporting a fast‑moving, socially‑driven brand.

Key responsibilities

• Report directly to the F&B Supervisor/Manager.
• Work primarily in the bar, café or kitchen, with the flexibility to move between outlets as needed.
• Prepare and serve high‑quality coffee and food, offering a distinctive experience to guests.
• Take ownership of the guest journey, responding quickly and efficiently to requests.
• Handle cash transactions accurately while on duty.
• Adhere to all company policies, including fire safety, health & safety and food hygiene standards.

Required profile

• Passionate about food and beverage service and eager to be part of a growing brand.
• Organised, motivated and a natural people‑person.
• Willing to work flexible hours and adapt to varying business needs.

Required skills

• Experience with coffee preparation and food service.
• Cash handling competence.
• Knowledge of health & safety and food hygiene practices.
