Bar Crew

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Bar Crew member to join the Food & Beverage team at Generator Venice. You will help deliver a memorable hospitality experience, ensuring the bar runs smoothly and guests receive exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, tidy, and fully stocked bar at all times.
• Prepare and serve drinks and cocktails to high standards.
• Monitor product levels and replenish glasses, ice, garnishes, and mixers.
• Provide attentive, friendly service that exceeds customer expectations.
• Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate cash reconciliation.
• Keep the bar area, tables, and floors clean during busy periods.
• Communicate any service or quality issues to the Bar Supervisor or F&B Manager.

Required profile

• Passionate about hospitality and creating “wow” moments for guests.
• People‑oriented with strong customer‑service mindset.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and uphold Generator’s brand standards.

Required skills

• Cash reconciliation and handling.
• Stock management and bar inventory control.
• Drink preparation and cocktail mixing.
