B2B Product Director

About the role

We are looking for a Director to own the product strategy of our core platform and to manage the product‑side relationship with our B2B operator partners. This foundational role will shape the roadmap for player account management, wallet, identity, CRM/bonus infrastructure and platform APIs, while ensuring seamless configuration, integration and support for licensed operators.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the platform roadmap, balancing Live, Game, B2B and B2C needs against engineering capacity and technical debt.
• Lead product direction for Player Account Management, wallet systems, identity verification and CRM/bonus platforms.
• Set API and platform services strategy to expose capabilities to internal teams and external B2B integrations.
• Configure and enable operator integrations, oversee release readiness and technical onboarding from kickoff to live launch.
• Develop operator training programs, documentation and the operator‑facing customer portal.
• Provide operational reporting on integration status, adoption and issues.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Engineering and the CTO’s Office to translate business needs into technical priorities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product strategy and roadmap definition for complex platforms.
• Strong background in B2B partner integration and enablement.
• Excellent collaboration skills with engineering, compliance and commercial teams.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications and prioritize initiatives.

Required skills

• Product management of platform services and APIs.
• Experience with player account, wallet and identity systems.
• Knowledge of CRM and bonus infrastructure for gaming or digital services.
