B2B Appointment Setter – Higher Education

About the role

Savvital, a corporate services provider for small and medium businesses, is recruiting a high-energy, self-motivated B2B Appointment Setter on behalf of its technology partner. The client offers an AI-driven platform for students, schools and higher education institutions to navigate the college admissions process. You will lead outbound B2B prospecting, pitching directly to VPs of Admissions, University Deans and other senior university leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Make cold calls to Directors, VPs of Admissions and Deans at targeted universities to book high-value sales appointments.
• Pitch the platform's value proposition and qualify prospects.
• Follow up by phone and email to convert leads and build a strong B2B pipeline, hitting weekly performance targets.
• Use industry-standard B2B sales software for phone and email sequences and keep HubSpot records accurate and up to date.
• Take full ownership of KPIs, focusing on booked meetings and converted opportunities.
• Help shape the Go-To-Market strategy with business reps and the CEO during bi-weekly meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of proven B2B sales, business development or outbound appointment setting experience; EdTech or selling to universities is a big plus.
• Native-level English with strong verbal and written delivery for executive conversations.
• Resilient, self-motivated and able to handle rejection and take "no" for an answer.
• Comfortable working remotely with a flexible schedule.
