About the role
A well‑established company based in Benoni is looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented Audit Senior to join its finance team. This role offers the chance to lead audit engagements from planning through to final reporting while working closely with a diverse client base.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and complete audit engagements for various clients.
- Prepare and review audit working papers and financial statements.
- Identify audit findings and provide practical recommendations.
- Liaise with clients to maintain strong professional relationships.
- Ensure compliance with auditing standards and regulatory requirements.
- Mentor and support junior audit team members as needed.
Required profile
- Final‑year SAICA article clerk or recently completed SAICA articles.
- Strong understanding of auditing and accounting principles.
- Ability to work independently and manage audit engagements from start to finish.
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills.
- High level of professionalism, accuracy, and attention to detail.
