Audit Manager – Riyadh

About the role

EY is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to lead complex audit engagements at its Riyadh office. You will shape audit strategy, ensure high‑quality delivery, and support the firm’s growth in the Middle East.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute audit strategies in collaboration with senior partners.
• Perform complex audit procedures and lead engagement teams.
• Manage staffing, track fees, and communicate financial aspects of engagements.
• Identify and escalate audit risks while maintaining compliance with EY policies.
• Participate in business development and client relationship initiatives.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of external audit experience, preferably with a Big 4 firm.
• Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, CA) and strong academic record.
• Experience with risk‑based audit processes and coaching junior staff.
• Prior work in the MENA region and proficiency in Arabic.
• Pro‑active, accountable, and able to manage competing priorities.
