Associate Solutions Architect – Remote (Cape Town)

About the role

The Associate Solutions Architect will support the design, implementation, and optimisation of digital solutions for clients. Working remotely from Cape Town, you will act as a bridge between customer needs, solution design, and delivery, helping organisations transform through technology.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in customer discovery workshops and requirements‑gathering sessions.
• Translate business requirements into practical workflow and system recommendations and document solution designs.
• Configure and implement solutions, building workflows, automations, and operational processes across supported platforms.
• Support project delivery activities, including testing, quality assurance, and onboarding assistance.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and assist with user adoption and change‑management activities.
• Collaborate with sales and commercial teams during discovery, scoping, solution demonstrations, and effort estimation.
• Explore AI and automation opportunities and continuously develop technical knowledge.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in consulting, solution delivery, business analysis, CRM or SaaS implementation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical abilities and a quick learning mindset.
• Process‑oriented with high attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
