Associate Solutions Architect – Cape Town

About the role

This position is ideal for a customer‑focused technology professional who enjoys translating business challenges into practical technology solutions. Based in Cape Town, you will work closely with clients to design, implement and support digital transformation initiatives across modern platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in customer discovery workshops and gather detailed business requirements.
• Translate requirements into workflow, system and automation recommendations.
• Document business processes, requirements and solution designs.
• Configure and implement technology solutions, build workflows and perform testing.
• Support implementation projects, onboarding and change management activities.
• Build strong client relationships and identify opportunities for added value.
• Stay current with emerging technologies, AI and automation, and share knowledge internally.
• Assist sales teams during pre‑sales discovery and solution scoping.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in consulting, solution delivery, business analysis, CRM or SaaS implementation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable engaging directly with customers and stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Detail‑oriented and process‑focused mindset.
• Quick learner of new technologies.
