Associate Solutions Architect – Cape Town

About the role

This position is for an Associate Solutions Architect who will work directly with customers to understand their business challenges and design practical technology solutions. The role blends business analysis, solution design, and implementation, offering a solid foundation for a career in solution architecture.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in discovery workshops, gather requirements and translate them into workflow and system recommendations.
• Document business requirements, processes and solution designs; assist in preparing Statements of Work.
• Configure and implement technology solutions, build workflows, automations and operational processes.
• Support implementation projects, perform testing, quality assurance and assist customers during onboarding.
• Build strong customer relationships, provide guidance, support user adoption and identify improvement opportunities.
• Continuously develop knowledge of modern platforms, AI and automation; participate in training and certification programmes.
• Assist sales teams during discovery, contribute to solution demonstrations and implementation estimates.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure delivery standards are met.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in consulting, solution delivery, business analysis, CRM or SaaS implementation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable engaging directly with customers and stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical abilities.
