Associate SAP Human Capital Solutions Architect

About the role

Sanlam Group Technology is looking for an entry‑level Associate SAP Human Capital Solutions Architect to own the end‑to‑end architecture of its HR technology landscape. You will ensure that SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) are secure, scalable and aligned with business strategy while supporting current operations and future transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Design, validate and document the solution and integration architecture for SAP HCM, SuccessFactors and BTP.
• Translate business and technical requirements into robust, sustainable SAP Human Capital solutions.
• Provide advisory and recommendations on SAP HCM, SuccessFactors and BTP implementations.
• Contribute to strategic planning, road‑maps and governance for on‑premise and cloud HR systems.
• Support system migrations, upgrades and integration with other enterprise applications.
• Present architecture proposals to internal forums and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to engage business and technical stakeholders.
• Experience (or academic exposure) in solution architecture and HR process design.
• Ability to influence IT and business strategies and align them with architectural standards.
• Excellent communication skills for documentation and presentations.
