Associate, Quality Management Systems Advocate

About the role

The Associate, Quality Management Systems Advocate supports the implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the organisation's Quality Management System (QMS). Working closely with operational teams, the role ensures quality standards are understood, embedded and consistently applied to drive customer‑centric excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain the QMS framework, policies and documentation, ensuring all records meet document‑control standards.
• Conduct routine quality and compliance reviews and support internal and external audit activities, tracking findings and corrective actions.
• Identify process optimisation opportunities, participate in root‑cause analyses and help implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Compile quality reports, dashboards and performance trackers, analysing trends to provide actionable insights.
• Engage with business stakeholders to promote QMS awareness, respond to quality queries and support training initiatives.

Required profile

• Knowledge of Quality Management Systems, quality assurance, compliance and continuous‑improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with root‑cause analysis, audit governance and customer‑experience principles.
• Ability to analyse data, map processes and document procedures.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and effective communication skills.
