About the role

As an Associate Manager for Statutory Reporting, Acquisitions & Tax at impact.com, you will ensure global statutory compliance across multiple legal entities, oversee financial reporting for newly acquired businesses, and manage tax accounting and transfer‑pricing governance. The role blends technical accounting expertise with strong project‑management and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and oversee statutory financial statements in line with applicable reporting standards.
• Manage annual statutory audits across multiple jurisdictions, coordinating with external auditors and local finance teams.
• Ensure timely filing of statutory reports and compliance with local deadlines.
• Monitor changes in accounting standards and statutory regulations, updating processes as needed.
• Maintain statutory reporting calendars and compliance trackers within FloQast.
• Lead entity rationalisation initiatives to dissolve or streamline inactive corporate entities, reducing legal and regulatory risk.
• Oversee direct and indirect tax accounting, compliance, and transfer‑pricing governance.

Required profile

• Strong technical accounting background with experience in statutory reporting and audits.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects across finance, legal, tax and operational teams.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with internal stakeholders and external auditors.
