Associate Data Analyst

About the role

Impact.com is seeking an Associate Data Analyst to join its analytics centre of excellence. You will work with large, complex datasets to uncover trends, support business decisions, and create data‑driven insights for a leading commerce partnership marketing platform.

Key responsibilities

• Extract and analyse data from relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL), big‑data platforms (BigQuery, Kudu, Impala, SingleStore, Hive) and file sources (Parquet, ORC, Avro, CSV, XLSX).
• Assist in building and maintaining master datasets and data‑mart assets.
• Perform data cleaning, validation and stewardship to ensure high‑quality reporting outputs.
• Develop visualisations, dashboards and reports using Looker or DOMO as directed by the squad lead.
• Apply statistical techniques to identify patterns, trends and actionable insights.
• Document technical specifications for new data assets and communicate data quality issues.

Required profile

• Interest and some experience in data analysis, reporting and forecasting.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on data integrity.
