Rick's Cafe Americain, a restaurant and bar in Gardens, Western Cape, is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager. The position suits a passionate, dedicated individual with some a la carte restaurant management experience. It is a permanent role.
Required profile
- Willingness to work under predominantly female management.
- A passion for the restaurant industry, ambition and self-motivation.
- Team player who is very hands-on.
- Relevant restaurant or hotel background in a junior or managerial position.
- Well-spoken and well-presented.
- Own transport and sober habits.
