About the role
Our client, a leading national fashion retail chain, is looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager to support the brand’s marketing activities across South Africa. The role offers a fast‑paced environment where creativity and strategic thinking are essential to drive brand awareness and sales.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
- Coordinate with visual merchandising, store teams and external agencies to ensure brand consistency.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse data and prepare reports for senior management.
- Support the development of promotional material and digital content.
- Manage marketing budgets and track expenses.
Required profile
- BCom in Marketing or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a marketing management role.
- Strong multitasking ability and resilience under pressure.
- Proactive, hands‑on attitude with a willingness to work in a deadline‑driven environment.
