About the role
Medirite Plus in Bredasdorp is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager to support the daily operations of its health and beauty retail store. The role focuses on driving sales, ensuring product availability, and delivering excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Maximise sustainable branch sales across all product lines, including skincare, cosmetics, vitamins and personal care.
- Manage, support and monitor effective sales of unscheduled product ranges.
- Oversee stockroom operations, minimise shrinkage and wastage.
- Maintain replenishment processes throughout the day to ensure on‑shelf availability.
- Ensure shop‑floor presentation standards and accurate on‑shelf pricing.
- Execute pricing strategies and product promotions.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales and profit targets.
- Provide people management and support to the store team.
Required profile
- Strong commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Focus on meeting sales targets and maintaining store standards.
