The Assembly Assistant (Staging & Support) will be responsible for the final preparation and packaging of completed units, ensuring they meet company standards before they are moved to the warehouse for dispatch. You will work in a dynamic environment that values work‑life balance while handling a wide range of technology products.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare completed units for dispatch by performing final assembly and staging tasks.
• Package products securely according to Syntech’s standards.
• Transfer packed items to the warehouse or dispatch area within scheduled timeframes.
• Maintain a tidy staging area and report any packaging issues.
