About the role
Old Mutual is seeking an aspiring Financial Adviser to join its Pretoria team. The role is designed for self‑motivated individuals who want to start a career in financial advice and help customers achieve their long‑term financial objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Identify clients’ financial needs and provide tailored advice.
- Develop and present “fit for purpose” financial plans and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with customers.
- Drive consultative selling and manage sales pipelines.
- Collect and act on customer feedback to improve service quality.
Required profile
- Matriculation Certificate (Matric) or equivalent.
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit and self‑drive.
- Excellent oral communication and probing abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
