About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Area Consultant to drive sales and nurture client relationships in Cape Town. You will manage an assigned territory, identify new business opportunities, and ensure high‑quality service delivery for customers in the hygiene, pest control and deep‑clean sectors.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and retain the existing customer base to achieve long‑term growth.
  • Plan and execute daily and monthly sales activities, maintaining a structured diary.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets aligned with company objectives.
  • Negotiate pricing within company guidelines and re‑sign existing contracts.
  • Prospect new clients through outreach, needs analysis and site surveys.
  • Provide after‑sales support, monitor installations and ensure successful service delivery.
  • Prepare accurate commission sheets and documentation on time.

Required profile

  • Matric qualification; tertiary education in Sales, Marketing or Business Management is advantageous.
  • 2–3 years of external sales experience with a proven record of meeting targets.
  • Experience in the hygiene, pest control or deep‑clean industry is preferred.
  • Valid driver’s licence, own vehicle and ability to work independently.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with MS Office.
  • Experience using CRM systems.

What we offer

  • R22 000 Cost‑to‑Company salary package.
  • Company contribution to a provident fund.
  • Fuel card and cellphone allowance of R 400.
