Required profile

• Relevant qualification in Architectural Technology or Architectural Studies.
• 2–5 years of experience in an architectural or property development environment.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and architectural documentation.
• Ability to produce accurate working drawings and detailed plans.
• Knowledge of building practices, construction detailing and relevant standards.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and contribute effectively within a small team.
• Good communication skills and a professional approach.
• Willingness to learn and take on increasing responsibility.
