Architect – High-End Residential Projects

About the role

Our client is seeking a talented Architect to join a growing team focused on high‑end residential projects. This role offers the chance to work on exciting designs from concept to completion while developing your expertise in a premium market.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop high‑end residential projects from concept through to completion.
• Produce detailed architectural drawings and documentation.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and project teams.
• Ensure designs comply with relevant regulations and industry standards.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical input throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute creative ideas and innovative design solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years' architectural experience.
• Qualified Architect or Candidate Architect registered with SACAP.
• Passionate about architecture and design excellence.
• Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and develop professionally.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Archicad.
• Experience with Lumion (advantageous but not essential).
