Targeted Group Development Coordinator (Mentor)

About the role

BCB Solutions, a leading provider of routine road maintenance and road construction services, is seeking experienced Targeted Group Development Coordinators (Mentors) to join its professional register. Selected candidates will be considered for upcoming high‑value infrastructure projects across South Africa and may be appointed when contracts are secured.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and launch a Targeted Enterprise Training and Support Programme.
• Assist targeted enterprises in establishing quality‑assurance systems.
• Provide training, coaching, guidance and mentoring to ensure enterprise performance.
• Support enterprises in meeting subcontract obligations and commitments.
• Handle ITIS monthly data capture requirements.
• Ensure achievement of CPG objectives.
• Assist the Construction Manager as required.

Required profile

• National Diploma in Civil Engineering (NQF Level 6) or higher degree.
• Experience on up to three SANRAL road construction or RRM projects valued at R80 million + (incl. VAT).
• Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Proactive, able to work independently.
