Appointment Setter (Renewables – Client Delivery)

About the role

The Appointment Setter will convert high‑quality inbound renewable‑energy enquiries into booked appointments for multiple UK installer clients. Working remotely from South Africa, you will support client delivery by qualifying homeowners and ensuring leads are entered accurately into client calendars.

Key responsibilities

• Contact inbound leads promptly via phone, SMS, and email.
• Qualify homeowners against predefined criteria such as property type, ownership, suitability, and intent.
• Book appointments directly into each client’s calendar.
• Follow up consistently with unresponsive or undecided leads.
• Maintain and update CRM records across several client accounts.
• Monitor lead status, pipeline progression, and provide regular performance updates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve conversion rates and lead handling processes.

Required profile

• Experience in appointment setting, telesales, or a similar phone‑based role.
• Confident, professional communication skills.
• Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple pipelines and prioritise workload.
• Comfortable working in a performance‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Proficient use of CRM systems to log activity and manage pipelines.
• Effective written and verbal communication via phone, SMS, and email.

What we offer

• Remote work arrangement (South Africa).
• Full‑time schedule: 9:00 am – 5:30 pm.
• Salary range R15,000 – R19,000 per month.
