Appointment Setter - Remote (South Africa Only)

About the role

A client launching an AI platform that helps brands scale on TikTok is hiring an Appointment Setter to build its sales pipeline at launch. The role is fully remote and strictly for candidates living in and legally able to work in South Africa. You will work directly with the founder and help grow into a larger sales team as the business scales.

Key responsibilities

• Generate qualified opportunities by prospecting and engaging potential customers through outbound outreach.
• Qualify leads and book product demonstrations into the sales team's calendar.
• Handle objections confidently and move prospects through the sales process.
• Maintain accurate records and pipeline management in HubSpot.
• Work with the founder to improve messaging and conversion rates.
• Meet appointment booking KPIs and take part in regular coaching, training and feedback.
• Help build processes as the sales team grows.

Required profile

• Previous experience in appointment setting, SDR or business development.
• Proven outbound sales experience and strong objection handling.
• Strong verbal and written English.
• Highly organised with good time management.
• Comfortable working independently remotely and ready to start immediately.

Required skills

• Experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM.
• Desirable: experience with TikTok, social media or digital marketing, and selling SaaS or technology solutions.
