About the role
Our client is looking for a motivated Appointment Setter to manage outreach and engage potential leads. You will work closely with the sales team to schedule qualified appointments and nurture relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and contact potential leads through various communication channels.
- Schedule appointments for sales representatives with qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads to provide additional information and nurture relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop lead‑generation and appointment‑setting strategies.
Required profile
- Proven experience in appointment setting or a similar role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive, friendly, results‑driven attitude.
