About the role

Our client is looking for a motivated Appointment Setter to manage outreach and engage potential leads. You will work closely with the sales team to schedule qualified appointments and nurture relationships.

Key responsibilities

Identify and contact potential leads through various communication channels.
Schedule appointments for sales representatives with qualified leads.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and appointments in the CRM system.
Follow up with leads to provide additional information and nurture relationships.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop lead‑generation and appointment‑setting strategies.

Required profile

Proven experience in appointment setting or a similar role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proactive, friendly, results‑driven attitude.
