Appointment Setter – High-Earning Sales Role

About the role

This is a phone-only position where you log into a CRM, use an automated dialer, qualify leads, book consultations with founders and marketing leaders of high-revenue ecommerce brands, and ensure the appointments are kept.

Key responsibilities

• Make at least 100 outbound dials per day and qualify prospects.
• Book consultations with founders and marketing leaders of 7-, 8- and 9-figure ecommerce brands.
• Maintain a 70%+ show rate by confirming appointments and re-booking no-shows.

Required profile

• Previously booked at least 50 appointments or closed $50,000 in sales.
• Motivated to earn a high income and able to work full-time on EST hours.
• Not running an agency, freelancing, or other side projects.
• Clear, confident spoken English and comfortable speaking on the phone all day.

What we offer

• Base salary of $1,000 USD per month.
• $60 USD for each appointment that shows, with top performers earning up to $5,560 USD per month.
