Applications Administrator

About the role

Harambee is looking for an Applications Administrator to keep its business applications reliable, secure and user‑friendly. You will be the technical backbone that ensures teams can focus on delivering impact without worrying about app performance.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor enterprise and cloud‑based applications to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Rapidly troubleshoot and resolve incidents to minimise downtime.
• Manage user lifecycle activities, including onboarding, off‑boarding and permission changes.
• Support audit processes, system upgrades and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with end‑users, internal tech teams and external vendors to deliver seamless application experiences.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience supporting enterprise or cloud‑based applications.
• Proven ability to handle deployments, updates, maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Experience with user access management and understanding of DevOps principles.
• Intermediate proficiency with Excel.
• Relevant qualification in IT, Computer Science or a related field is a plus.
