Application Programmer – Rapid Response Team (2 positions)

About the role

Doxim is seeking two Application Programmers to join its Rapid Response Team (RRT). The team focuses on maintaining and enhancing document processing applications, handling move/add/change requests, and resolving complex technical issues for a diverse customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and enhance existing document processing applications delivered by the implementation team.
• Implement move/add/change requests typically ranging from 3 to 20 hours of effort.
• Modify and extend workflows, templates, and page objects using Sefas, Exstream Dialogue, Python, and Linux‑based tools.
• Investigate and resolve complex issues related to document workflows, processing logic, and data handling.
• Address high‑priority “blocker” tickets to restore normal processing or resolve urgent operational problems.

Required profile

• Strong technical foundation with a broad understanding of document composition systems and data workflows.
• Curiosity and analytical mindset to investigate issues thoroughly.
• Ability to work independently in a sprint‑based environment, managing tickets through development, testing, and user acceptance.
• Effective communication with Customer Service Representatives to gather requirements and clarify specifications.
