About the role
We are looking for an Accounting Analyst to manage the company’s bookkeeping, financial reporting and tax compliance. The professional will work closely with internal and external auditors and provide accurate financial information to support management decisions.
Key responsibilities
- Perform accounting entries and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare financial statements including balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement.
- Calculate direct and indirect taxes and ensure timely filing.
- Support internal and external audit processes.
- Analyze and interpret accounting data for management reports.
- Stay up‑to‑date with accounting and tax legislation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
- Previous experience in accounting, preferably in an accounting or audit firm.
- Strong knowledge of Brazilian tax regulations (IRPJ, CSLL, PIS, COFINS, ICMS, ISS).
- Attention to detail, analytical mindset and proactive attitude.
- Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.
Required skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with accounting software systems.
