Agriculture Teacher / Facilitator (NQF Level 3)

About the role

Logistix advanced products is looking for a passionate Agriculture Teacher or Facilitator to deliver an Agri-SETAs NQF Level 3 plant and crop production learnership. You will be responsible for a cohort of 20 learners over a 12‑month period, covering both theoretical instruction and practical field work.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Proof of Evidence (POE) for each learner, documenting attendance, activities and assessments.
• Complete learner attendance registers, progress reports and assessment marks on schedule.
• Monitor learner performance, identify those struggling and report concerns to HR.
• Enforce OHSA compliance and ensure a safe learning environment.
• Guarantee that all training aligns with Agri-SETAs standards and curriculum requirements.

Required profile

• Grade 12 qualification.
• Bachelor’s degree or national diploma in agriculture, plant production or crop production.
• Previous experience in teaching, skills programmes or agricultural training.
• Facilitator, assessor or moderator registration with Agri-SETAs is an advantage.

• Competitive salary ranging from R8,000 to R15,000 per month, dependent on experience.
