Agile Spec III - Pessoa com Deficiência

About the role

We are looking for an Agile Spec III to join our Data Governance & Monitoring area. The role focuses on shaping data‑ingestion products, improving cloud efficiency and acting as a bridge between business, engineering, architecture and FinOps teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the roadmap for data‑ingestion and cloud‑efficiency products.
• Serve as the liaison between business units, data engineering, architecture and FinOps.
• Manage squad backlogs, ensuring clarity, business value and strategic alignment.
• Lead initiatives to improve performance, scalability and reduce cloud costs.
• Track usage, performance and cost metrics such as resource consumption, latency and throughput.
• Ensure best practices for data ingestion (batch, streaming, CDC, etc.).
• Collaborate with squads to design viable and sustainable technical solutions.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies and promote a culture of continuous delivery.
• Identify risks, dependencies and optimisation opportunities.

Required profile

• Previous experience as Product Owner, Product Manager or a similar role.
• Hands‑on experience with data products or data platforms.
• Knowledge of data ingestion techniques (ETL/ELT, streaming, APIs, messaging).
• Familiarity with cloud environments, especially Azure and Databricks.
• Experience with cloud efficiency and cost metrics (FinOps is a plus).
• Strong communication skills with technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Proven experience with agile methodologies.
