After Hours Booking Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an After Hours Booking Consultant to join Medihires’ fast‑moving team. You will be the critical link that ensures urgent healthcare shifts are booked and staffed outside normal business hours, helping both professionals and facilities keep patient care uninterrupted.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate urgent after‑hours bookings for healthcare professionals.
• Support clients and candidates when they need immediate assistance.
• Ensure all shifts are filled to maintain uninterrupted service delivery.
• Manage onboarding and compliance documentation for new bookings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and client facilities.
• Deliver a high‑quality customer experience in every interaction.
