Advisor Liaison Consultant – Investment Management

About the role

The Advisor Liaison Consultant will act as the primary point of contact between our investment management business and external financial advisors. Based in Johannesburg’s Northern Suburbs, you will support advisors in delivering investment solutions and help grow assets under management.

Key responsibilities

• Provide structured input to advisors’ queries, driving increased investment with the firm.
• Develop and maintain trusted relationships with financial advisors, becoming their go‑to resource.
• Collaborate with global investment, operations, sales, software development and support teams to resolve client issues.
• Deliver first‑line support via phone, email, online platforms and occasional face‑to‑face meetings.
• Conduct initial and ongoing training on the company’s custom IT system.
• Manage internal resources to meet deliverables and support ad‑hoc cross‑functional projects.
• Gather and relay client feedback to technology, marketing, operations and asset‑management teams.
• Stay current on investment processes, internal tools and emerging industry initiatives.

Required profile

• BCom (Honours) required; postgraduate diploma in Financial Planning or CFA is an advantage.
• Minimum three years of advisor‑relations experience within asset or investment management.
• Strong academic record and an outgoing, communicative personality.

What we offer

• Annual salary between R 440 000 and R 470 000.
