About the role
The Administrative Controller is responsible for overseeing the movement of CHEP and non‑CHEP pallets throughout the supply chain. This role ensures that pallet transactions are accurate, processes are followed, and yard operations run smoothly, supporting overall operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Administer and control pallet movements across the supply chain.
- Validate and record pallet transactions to guarantee data accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with established pallet control procedures.
- Manage yard activities to optimize space utilization and flow.
- Produce timely reports on pallet movements and reconcile discrepancies.
- Identify and act on opportunities to reduce pallet loss.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Ability to work with large data sets and maintain accurate records.
- Good understanding of logistics and supply‑chain processes.
- Effective communication skills for reporting and coordination.
