About the role
We are seeking a highly organised Administrative Assistant to support the day‑to‑day operations of our NDT Services and Heat Treatment division. Based in Vaal, Gauteng, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth office functions, payroll processing, finance administration, and fleet management.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations, supplies, meetings, and correspondence.
- Collect, verify and compile timesheets, coordinate with payroll and maintain leave records.
- Process supplier invoices, handle petty cash, and support the accountant with VAT and audit documentation.
- Maintain the company vehicle register, schedule servicing, track fuel usage and manage incident reporting.
Required profile
- Diploma in Office Administration, Business Administration or equivalent.
- 2–4 years of relevant administrative experience in a multi‑functional role.
- Proactive, dependable and able to work in a fast‑paced technical environment.
